Halifax District RCMP is asking for public assistance to locate 56-year-old Patrick Oliver. Oliver was last seen around noon on Sunday when he left his house on Memory Lane in Lower Sackville.
Oliver is a black male, 5-foot-8, 160 pounds and he was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, dark blue hoodie and black shoes.
