Herbert “Herbie” MacDonald, 45, has not been in touch with his family since September of 2018. He is believed to have been heading to Toronto, however police and his family are concerned that they have not been able to contact him.
MacDonald is white, 5-foot-11 and 150 pounds. he has long, light brown hair and blue eyes. A clothing description is not available.
