Update: Missing 13-year-old teen located

The 13-year-old Welsford teen who was reported missing earlier today has been located and is safe.

The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and retweets on social media.

Kingston RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance to locate 13-year-old Sesily Coburn who was last seen yesterday at approximately 2:30 p.m. at the library in Berwick.

Sesily Coburn is described as white, 4-foot-9 and 110 pounds with reddish-orange hair and brown eyes. Coburn was last seen wearing a red sweater and tights.
