(Found) Missing person: Help us locate Jacob Rising

 The missing 20-year-old man who was reported missing July 23 from Cole Harbour has been located.

The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and shares and retweets on social media.


Halifax District RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 20-year-old Jacob Rising. It is believed that Rising may have been in a motor vehicle collision in Cole Harbour on Saturday, July 21 and he hasn’t been seen since. The RCMP would like to speak with Rising to ensure he is in good health.
