Windsor RCMP is seeking public assistance to locate a 61-year-old man, Leslie William Arsenault, of Windsor.
Arsenault is white, 5-foot-five and approximately 200 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes.
Arsenault’s last communication was on June 8 through social media. Mr. Arsenault has been known to hitchhike frequently.
