Wednesday, May 31, 2017 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that Morris Street between Barrington and Queen Streets will be closed Monday to Wednesday, June 7 for sewer and water service installations.
The street will be closed for the entire duration of the project including over night.
Access to all local businesses, residences and underground parking will be maintained at all times.
Crews will be on site during the following times:
Halifax Transit bus stops will be relocated and busses rerouted during these dates.
Traffic safety personnel will direct motorists, pedestrians and cyclists around the worksite, as needed.
Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to take alternative routes, if possible.
The municipality appreciates your patience while this work is completed.
