Remedy Phytoplex Nourishing Skin Cream products with same Product Code and a different lot number were previously recalled on June 1, 2018
This recall involves certain lots of Remedy Phytoplex Nourishing Skin Cream in 16 oz pump bottles as outlined in the table below. The affected products are found in white packaging and the lot numbers can be found at the bottom of the bottle.

Hazard identified: The affected products are being recalled due to the presence of certain species of mould, Penicillium chrysogenum and Penicillium flavigenum.
The affected products are not likely to cause an adverse health consequence in healthy individuals, however, may pose a risk to people with weakened immune systems.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and return the product to Medline Canada.
