It’s always kind of cool to see Halifax mentioned in the US media.  But this article from popular American blog Gawker.com (and subsequently, Buzzfeed.com) is sure to raise more than a few eyebrows.

Picking up on a story by Frances Willick in the Herald yesterday, social media response over a Barringon Street billboard for the MSVU Women’s Wall of Honour project featuring “three grinning guys” has been less than positive.
