As I mentioned before, I was given $100 a shopping spree by the DHBC and all I have to do in return is document my experience. I can spend my $100 anyway I want – or anywhere I want in Downtown Halifax. Downtown Halifax isn’t somewhere I usually shop so I had to do a bit of a recon mission to see where I was going to spend my money and while I did so, I videoed it!
