6, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – As part of the ongoing natural gas main installation in the area, construction will continue this week on Cogswell Street from North Park to Gottingen streets.

Work is expected to re-start tomorrow, Jan. 7, and will take place on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

During the construction Cogswell Street will be open to one-way traffic only. Eastbound traffic (between North Park and Gottingen streets) will be permitted. But westbound traffic (between Gottingen and North Park streets) will be detoured between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Work on Cogswell Street is expected to be completed by the end of this week.

Motorists should expect delays in the area and are encouraged to use alternative routes. Heritage Gas and HRM apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
