Friday, September 27, 2013 – As part of the ongoing natural gas pipeline installation in the Cowie Hill area, the pipe installation will be wrapping up shortly on Herring Cove Road and installation work will now begin on Cowie Hill Road between Herring Cove Road and Ridge Valley Road.

The installation and reinstatement work on Cowie Hill Road is expected to take about 2 weeks to complete.

Motorists can expect that two lanes will be maintained on Cowie Hill Road during peak hours; from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Traffic may be reduced to one lane at times during off-peak hours.

Heritage Gas and HRM apologizes in advance for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
