Tuesday, July 16, 2013 (Halifax, NS) – Beginning Thursday, July 18, Heritage Gas will be installing a new natural gas main along Oxford Street between Jubilee Road and Coburg Road in Halifax.

The pipe installation and subsequent re-paving is expected to take a maximum of 2 weeks. The work hours will be between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Two northbound lanes and one southbound lane will be open to traffic during the evening rush hour (4 p.m. to 6 p.m.). Throughout the rest of the construction, a minimum of one lane in each direction will be open to traffic at all times.
