Recently Dial launched some new skin care products, and I got to give them a go. Here’s what I’ve got to say about them both! 🙂

THE VERDICT:
This product smells amazing, and anyone who knows me knows I love me some lavender! I honestly think anything that calms the mind (especially mine) is a good idea. Even at the beginning of the day I think it’s great – it’s kind of like a calm before the storm sort of deal. I loved the smell of this product, and I definitely found it tranquil. The product lathers well, and makes your skin feel really clean.
I also used the body wash as a bubble bath, and it was lovely and perfect to help me relax after a long stressful work day. Despite being a shower gel you would be surprised how well it created bubbles!!
GREEK YOGURT BODY LOTION: THE CLAIM:
Retain even more hydration when you follow your shower routine with new Dial® Greek Yogurt 7 Day Moisturizing Lotion. This fast-absorbing, non-greasy lotion contains 7 bionutrients plus yogurt and honey extract for touchable skin, and promises to keep skin soft for up to 7 days!

THE VERDICT:
So you love Greek yogurt’s rich creamy texture for breakfast well now you can have that for your skin too. If you love summer you’ll love this product! I don’t know what it is about this product, but there’s something about it that reminds me of summer. Okay don’t take this the wrong way because I don’t mean it in a bad way, but the smell kind of reminded me of all those amazing products for tanning. I am in no way shape or form a proponent of tanning as I think it’s terrible for your skin and your overall overall health, but I do LOVE the smell of tanning products. This product is designed for moisturizing your skin (not tanning), so I think it’s awesome to get the amazing smell to help quickly moisturize your skin!
This product definitely does deliver on its promise of being fast absorbing and non-greasy. I love how fast this lotion absorbed; who has time to wait for lotion to absorb? Not me! At this time of year I feel like I need all the moisture I can get. Coming out of the winter months (or the extended Winter months since Spring has decided not to arrive yet in Halifax) I feel like my skin is dryer than dry, and I really liked how my skin felt after using this product.
At these price points I really don’t think you can go wrong! Hope you found this review helpful 🙂
