New rendering and increased density application for Hydrostone development

Dexel Developments has released a new rendering and is seeking approval for increased density for their approved 9 storey mixed-use development for the corner of Kaye and Gottingen St near the Hydrostone.

The new rendering shows a new art piece added to the development that will include stained glass windows from St. Joseph’s Church that used to occupy the property. Dexel is applying to increase the amount of units in the building without increasing the height.
