Friday, August 23, 2013 (Halifax, NS) – Beginning today 3 p.m.
the St. Margarets Bay Road at the Nine Mile River Bridge will be reopened to traffic. Construction around the bridge will continue for the next few weeks which may result in stop and go traffic for periods of time. Metro Transit will start their regular routes beginning at 3 p.m. However, the shuttle buses that were set up during the closure will continue to run as well today until 7 p.m.
Motorists should expect delays. HRM apologizes in advance for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
