How are your burpees going? Are you feeling it yet? Feeling stronger in your arms, legs and shoulders? How about those abs? How are they feeling? Bet you’re surprised they’re sore, eh!?
Last night was 25 burpees for me and I struggled to get through them. Last time I did the challenge I wasn’t doing much working out besides my burpees because I was using them to get back on track, so it wasn’t that difficult, but right now I’m busting my ass on the cardio train doing Insanity 3 times week and lifting weights at least twice a week and still playing volleyball and football, so I’m feeling it. But it’s all worth it.
I wanted to share a little inspiration from an awesome guy I follow on Twitter, @mercerboy, who is doing the challenge and posted a video of himself doing his burpees and he’s KILLING it!
