Police are investigating an arson that occurred Tuesday in Halifax.
At approximately 8:37 a.m. police and Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency responded to a fire at a residence in the 3400 block of Barrington Street in Halifax. There were no reported injuries in this fire which was quickly extinguished by Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency.
Fire investigators believe the fire was intentionally set. The investigation is in the preliminary stages and investigators in the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are asking anyone with information about this incident to call 902-490-5020.
