It’s December and the anticipation of my annual trip home has done weird things to my mind, so I need an extra special colour on the nails ASAP.
This is the glorious beauty of Different Dimension Cruella. I got this shade from a blog sale in a surprised grab bag, couldn’t be happier when I saw it.
Part of the Villainess collection, Cruella sure has that evil complication of finishes. The brand describes it as a shifting multi-chrome with silver flakies and holographic micro-glitters in a clear base.
Very special this one, a lot going on! I almost want to call it a textured glitter with subtle holo effect.
The bottle came to me a little thick, so I added some polish thinner. Not sure that affected the opacity. The brand suggests 2-3 coats but I only did one coat here without a base colour and it is opaque.
You see silver, red, blue glitters and a lot in between, right? I did add a top coat to smooth out the surface but it is fine without one also.
Wear is nothing extraordinary, but that is the norm with most my nail polish anyway. Cruella is an awesome new addition to the stash and a great cheer-me-up or calm-me-down support to my mental health 🙂
The other good news is it’s Thursday already. Have a great one!
