North West Community Council intends to consider and, if deemed advisable, approve the following application:
Case No. 16877 – Application by Clayton Developments Limited for a substantial amendment to the existing development agreement for Bedford South (Neighbourhoods E, F and Commercial Area), to consider the development of 28 townhouse units on a private driveway. The proposed development is to be located south of Oceanview Drive, west of Nine Mile Drive and north of Larry Uteck Boulevard, Bedford.
The public hearing will be held by North West Community Council on Thursday, June 23, 2011, at 7 p.m. at Basinview Drive Community School, 273 Basinview Drive. All oral and written submissions will be considered at that time.

Written submissions should be received by the Municipal Clerk’s office as early as possible and not later that 3 p.m. on June 23. For any written submissions longer than three pages, 35 copies must be supplied to the Municipal Clerk’s office.
