Nova Centre Construction, Photo Update.
Here is a photo taken today of the Nova Centre construction site in downtown #Halifax.

The underground parking levels on the North side have been moving along quickly. On the south side of the property there will be underground parking as well as a convention ballroom. Construction can not rise above Argyle St. until final approval is received by the city.
