Nova Scotians Invited to Acknowledge Queens 90th Birthday

Lt.-Gov J.J. Grant is inviting Nova Scotians to join him in signing a book of congratulations to be sent from the people of Nova Scotia to Queen Elizabeth II on her 90th birthday.

The book is available for signing at Government House, 1451 Barrington St., from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., daily, including weekends, between April 21 and June 15.

“The Queen has faithfully fulfilled the solemn act of declaration that she made on her 21st Birthday at Cape Town, South Africa,” said Lt.-Gov. Grant. “Since that time, Her Majesty has fulfilled this pledge each and every day of her life. Please join me in sending Her Majesty our best wishes for continued health and happiness.”
