NS Traffic Update: Cabot Trail, Both Lanes Now Open

INVERNESS COUNTY: Cabot Trail, Both Lanes Now Open Both lanes of the Cabot Trail, near Margaree Forks, Inverness Co., are now open to traffic after being closed Wednesday, April 16, due to a mudslide.

INVERNESS COUNTY: Cabot Trail, Both Lanes Now Open Both lanes of the Cabot Trail, near Margaree Forks, Inverness Co., are now open to traffic after being closed Wednesday, April 16, due to a mudslide.

Jersey barriers are in place along the shoulder as a precaution to prevent the possible spread of unstable soil. Warning signs are posted in advance of the site. Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal road crews will monitor the site over the weekend.
