Cape Breton, Antigonish Counties: Canso Causeway High winds, poor visibility, and an overturned vehicle are impeding traffic on the Canso Causeway. Some vehicles are being escorted across, but it is strongly recommended drivers avoid the Causeway until conditions improve. Check 511 for updates.
