COLCHESTER, HANTS COUNTIES: Highway 102, Shubenacadie River The southbound detour bridge on Highway 102, over the Shubenacadie River, will be closed until Thursday, June 26, including the weekend, for repairs. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in both directions on Highway 102, between Exit 10 and 11, and will be detoured over the northbound bridge. Lanes in both directions on the bridge will be reduced to four metres wide.
