Motorists are advised that both sides of the Cobequid Pass are blocked with vehicles trying to get up the hill to the toll plaza. Tractor trailors are blocking the approaches to the toll plaza on either side, preventing other vehicles from proceeding.

Motorists should expect delays and are asked to take a different route. Transportation staff on on the scene to help remove the vehicles. Empty, high-sided vehicles are encouraged to take Trunk 4 due to high winds. Check 511 for updates.
