SHELBURNE COUNTY: Clyde River Bridge Repairs, Highway 103 Traffic on the Clyde River Bridge on Highway 103 is reduced to one lane for repairs. Traffic will be controlled by automated traffic signals and delays of about five minutes are expected. The work is scheduled for completion on Friday, July 19.
