NSHA looking for missing patient

Nova Scotia Health is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 36 year old Jeannette Yvet Theriault, who has gone missing from a Dartmouth hospital.

Jeannette is caucasian with long brown hair and brown eyes. She stands about five foot four and has a coloured tattoo on her ankle.
She was last seen wearing a dark knee-length skirt, pink long sleeve sweater with a floral scarf and pink, closed-toe sandals.

The risk to the patient increases with time away from the hospital. Anyone with information is asked to please contact their local law enforcement agency.
