The Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (NSLC) released its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, showing a mixed performance in sales and earnings. Total sales for the year increased by 1.6 percent, reaching $874.5 million. This growth was driven by increases in both beverage alcohol and cannabis sales compared to the previous fiscal year.

Sales Breakdown

  • Beverage Alcohol: Sales rose by 0.5 percent to $753.4 million.
  • Cannabis: Sales saw a significant increase of 8.9 percent, totaling $121.0 million.
