“Off The Wall” invites the public to enjoy and watch as local artists transform recycled household items into works of art that are sure to brighten up any home. Items will be donated by Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore, located at 121 Ilsley Avenue in Burnside. The ReStore sells quality used and surplus building materials as well as kitchen cabinets, furniture and major appliances at a fraction of retail prices.
Later in the day, items will be auctioned off to the public and all proceeds will be donated to Habitat for Humanity. Information booths, prizes and kids activities will also be presented throughout the day.
The purpose of the event is to increase public’s awareness and appreciation of the talent behind local art while also raising awareness of the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.
