Officers responded to multiple vehicle collision in Dartmouth

Officers responded to multiple vehicle collision in Dartmouth earlier this morning.

At approximately 7:30 a.m. police responded to a multiple vehicle collision in the Halifax-bound lanes of Highway 111.

The roadway was temporarily closed and traffic was redirected at Exit 5.

There was an initial collision between two vehicles and then a second collision involving four other vehicles.

There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.
