Just checking in, it feels like it’s been forever since I’ve been online.  There has been loads going on personally including an unexpected funeral and a close family member having surgery.  To top it off, hubby and I are both sick so it’s made it that much worse.

I’ve just been going through the motions and my mind hasn’t be on food or the scale. Finally feeling a better about everything though.  I go back to work Monday so hopefully I can get back into my routine again.   Have lots to look forward to this coming week as Jen and Cat are arriving to spend the holiday weekend in Hali!  Plus, it’s finally time to run that half marathon.  Have a feeling it will be a combo of running/walking but that is better than nothing.
