This week, the Halifax Regional Police Traffic Unit issued 77 tickets in relation to speeding and other motor vehicle-related offences.
On Wednesday and Thursday, members of the HRP Traffic Unit issued 77 summary offence tickets: 20 for speeding, 15 for no insurance, four for speeding in a construction zone, and 38 for other offences including tinted windows, invalid safety inspections, and registration.
We all have a role to play in keeping our roads safe. If you see someone driving dangerously, report it to police by calling 911.
