Pedestrian Hit On Quinpool

A female pedestrian was crossing in the crosswalk on Quinpool Road towards Harvard Street just before 10 p.m. when she was struck by a Dodge Caravan that was making a left turn onto Quinpool from Harvard. The pedestrian, 23, was knocked to the ground but did not sustain injury. She was assessed at the scene by EHS. The 66-year-old male driver of the vehicle was issued a ticket for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
