A 32-year-old man is facing charges following an incident which has left a 38-year-old man in hospital with life-threatening injuries as a result of being shot.
Thirty-two-year-old Nicholas Ashton Mullen, Pembroke, has been charged with the following charges:
· Attempted Murder with a Firearm
· Careless Use of a Firearm
· Pointing a Firearm
· Discharging a Firearm with Intent
Mullen has been remanded in to custody and will appear in Yarmouth Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, November 6 to answer to these charges.
The investigation is continuing.
