Monday, July 28, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Penhorn Beach in Dartmouth has reopened for swimming.

Monday, July 28, 2014 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Penhorn Beach in Dartmouth has reopened for swimming.

Tests earlier last week showed high bacteria levels in the water, but tests done today show that the water is once again safe, as per Health Canada guidelines.
