Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a Robbery at the Petro Canada station at 7015 Bayers Road, Halifax.
At 10:18 p.m. on September 16th Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a Robbery at the Petro Canada station at 7015 Bayers Road, Halifax.
A lone male suspect entered the store and approached the clerk demanding cash. The suspect stole a quantity of cigarettes and fled the store on foot. The clerk was not injured and no weapons were observed.
The suspect is described as a male in his 30’s, he was approximately 5’7 inches tall and had a stocky build. He was wearing a blue medical mask, gloves, a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray jogging pants and brown shoes with white soles. He was carrying a green re-useable shopping bag.
The investigation is in its early stages and Investigators with the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are conducting the investigation.
