Photo Update: The Pearl, 1903 Gottingen St (formerly 5445 Rainne Dr.)               

The Pearl development near the corner of Gottingen St. and Brunswick St. is almost topped out. This 8 storey mixed-use building will have commercial space along Gottingen St and residential units on the floors above. Expected completion date is unknown however it is possible it could be completed before the end of the year.
