Picture: Beautiful day at Chebucto Head

What a wonderful stretch of sunny days we’ve had. Here’s hoping the good weather will continue for the rest of the summer. Here’s a picture I snapped at Chebucto Head on Sunday. Have you ever been there for a hike? I highly recommend it. Drive out along Herring Cove Road, keep going on Ketch Harbour Road, and turn left on Chebucto Head Road. Continue until you reach a red barred gate (careful, the road is full of huge potholes). Keep walking past the gate until you reach the lighthouse. Behind the lighthouse the trail starts. Take care on the rocks, there are a lot of cliffs – but great for rock scrambles.
