Did you know you can get your hands on Pixi Glow Tonic without a Target near by?
I realize very recently it was not common knowledge that Pixi Beauty (UK) ships to Canada (and internationally) for free with £35 orders, so I thought I should write up a quick post.
Pictured here are 2 sizes of Pixi Glow Tonic exfoliating toner:
– The big bottle is 8.5oz/ 250ml, £18 I bought from Pixi site
– The small bottle is 3.4oz/ 100ml, $15 from Target.
With 5% Glycolic Acid, Aloe Vera and Ginseng, Glow Tonic, being an exfoliating toner, is supposed to help remove dead skin cells and even out skin tone for a brighter, clearer complexion. Apply with a cotton pad on the face, neck and decolletage, avoiding the eye area, morning and night after cleansing.
There is a subtle scent that disperses quickly. And as with all products that contain Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) which tend to increase skin’s sensitivity to the sun, sunscreen is strongly recommended.
I have been loving exfoliating toners, and Glow Tonic is a nice addition to the stash.
Mind you it is not an over-night miracle, it takes time to improve the skin and result has been slow, I have to tell you. But keep at it!
Note: The orange colour is from natural ingredients (no artificial colour added), hence there might be slight variations in shade from batch to batch.
Ingredients: Aqua, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Leaf Extract, Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Seed Extract, Glycolic Acid, Ammonium Glycolate, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Hexylene Glycol, Fructose, Glucose, Sucrose, Urea, Dextrin, Alanine, Glutamic Acid, etc.
Glow Tonic is alcohol free, suitable for all skin types – normal to dry, dull and aging skin.
