The Playhouse Disney Channel has been a favorite in our house since Aidan was little enough to hold onto the edge of the coffee table and bob around the music on the tv in the background. As he grows and is becoming completely aware of what’s going on around him I love that there are no commercials for toys or sugary treats and cereals to perk his interest. Aidan loves Ooh and Aah when they pop on between shows and of course his favorite show is the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. With short programming and educational {yet fun!} shows, Disney knows how to keep a toddler’s interest for more than 0.010 seconds and that’s impressive. The episodes are always appropriate, fun, entertaining, colorful and not so annoying that I feel like I’m going to lose my mind while it’s on! I also enjoy that familiarity of watching character with my children that I used to watch as a little girl. Winnie the Pooh was my favorite so I’m happy that’s still being shown 20+ years later! Playhouse Disney is networking around the blogosphere with a Canadian Blog Tour that I am so happy to be a part of! {click title to read more}
