Police are investigating a motor vehicle collision involving a school bus that occurred in Bedford

Police currently on scene of a motor vehicle collision involving a school bus.

At approximately 2:20 p.m. police responded to a two-vehicle collision on the Hammonds Plains Road at the on ramp to the 102 Highway. A sport utility vehicle went through a red light due to road conditions striking a school bus that was carrying children. There are no reported injuries.

Police aredvising motorists to use increased caution due to current weather and road conditions.
