RCMP release:
Community Action Response Team (CART) of the RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment arrested a man related to reports of indecent acts in Cole Harbour. Investigators believe there may be more victims or witnesses.
Between August 21 and September 1, officers responded to several reports of a man exposing himself on walking trails in the Cole Harbour area. Officers conducted proactive patrols, shared information with the public, and made other attempts to identify and locate the person or people involved.

On September 2, CART officers identified a man based on information received while canvassing the area where the incidents occurred.
Later that day, the man was safely arrested at a residence in Cole Harbour. He was released by police on conditions pending a first court appearance scheduled for November 10 at Dartmouth Provincial Court. He will face charges related to disorderly conduct.
Investigators believe there may be additional victims or witnesses associated to these indecent acts in the Cole Harbour area.
