Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man in relation to two indecent acts that occurred over the past two weeks in Dartmouth.
Police have received two reports, one on July 25 and a second on August 12 of a man masturbating in public in the Burnside area of Dartmouth.
The man is described as a white male, clean shaven, 5’9”, 250 lbs with a heavy build, short black hair, thick black rimmed glasses. At the time of the incident the man was wearing only a black G-string.
