Police have charged two men in relation to a break and enter into a parking garage that occurred yesterday in Halifax.

On November 1 at approximately 4 a.m. police responded to a report of two men breaking into vehicles in the parking garage of a building in the 2300 block of Robie Street. The men had broken into 26 vehicles in the garage and left the area on foot prior to officers arriving on scene. Officers arrested two suspects without incident in the area a short time later.

Two men, ages 44 and 45, are scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date to face one count each of break and enter and 26 counts each of mischief (property damage).
