Police continue to investigate death of James Lyle, Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), N.S.

Yesterday marked the two year anniversary of the murder of James Alexander ‘Sandy’ Lyle.

On February 19th, 2012, at 10:45 p.m, a passing motorist observed a body on the side of a road in Montague Gold Mines.

The death was ruled a homicide as James Lyle died of a gunshot wound. Police did recover a weapon in the investigation. The Integrated HRP/RCMP Major Crime Unit continues to investigate.
