Police Continue to Investigate Fatal Vehicle & Pedestrian Collision

Police are continuing to investigate a collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle that occurred last week in Halifax.

On October 11 at 8:18 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a 66-year-old male pedestrian in the 6700 block of Quinpool Road in Halifax. The vehicle was driving westbound on Quinpool Road when the collision occurred. The pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on October 14. The driver of the vehicle did not report any injuries.
