Police Continue to Investigate Murder of Michael Forgeron

Yesterday marked the tenth anniversary of the murder of Edwin ‘Michael’ Forgeron and the Special Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division continues to investigate the case.

Michael, age 31, was found deceased by friends at a residence on Convoy Avenue in Halifax on March 9, 2007. His death was ruled a homicide and investigators believe there are people who have information they have not yet provided to police that could help solve his murder.

Investigators hope that the passage of time may encourage someone to do the right thing and come forward with what they know. Anyone with information about Michael’s murder is asked to contact police at 902-490-5016.
