Police Continue to Investigate Murder of Michael Forgeron

Yesterday marked the tenth anniversary of the murder of Edwin ‘Michael’ Forgeron and the Special Inv­estigation Section of the Integrated Cri­minal Investigation Division continues to investigate the ca­se.

Michael, age 31, was found deceased by friends at a residence on Convoy Avenue in Halifax on March 9, 2007. His death was ruled a homicide and investigators bel­ieve there are people who have informati­on they have not yet provided to police that could help solve his murder.

Investigators hope that the passage of time may encourage so­meone to do the right thing and come for­ward with what they know. Anyone with in­formation about Mich­ael’s murder is asked to contact police at 902-490-5016.
