Police Continue to Investigate Murder of Tyler Ronald Joseph Keizer
Today will mark the first anniversary of the murder of Tyler Ronald Joseph Keizer, and the Special Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division continues to investigate the case.
On November 21 at 10:47 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of gunshots in the area of Falkland and Gottingen Streets in Halifax. When members arrived, they located Tyler, who had been shot, in a vehicle. He was transported to the QEII Health Sciences Centre with life-threatening injuries, but later died. An autopsy was conducted and the Medical Examiner ruled Tyler’s death a homicide.
Investigators believe there are people who have information that could help solve Tyler’s murder, and hope that the passage of time may encourage someone to do the right thing and come forward with what they know. Anyone with information about Tyler’s murder is asked to contact police at 902-490-5016.
