Police continue to investigate theft incident and suspect vehicle collision with Police Vehicle and Civilian Vehicle.

Patrol members and  Investigators with the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division continue to investigate this incident.

Three adults remain in police custody and will face a bail hearing later today.

The 33 year old female driver is facing the following criminal charges:  Theft and possession under, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm, flight from police, two counts of failing to stop at the scene of an accident and two counts of assaulting police.

A 38 year old male passenger is facing the following criminal charges:  Theft and possession under.

A 29 year old male passenger is facing the following charges:  Theft and possession under, resist arrest and breach of a recognizance.
