Police have arrested multiple people after searching three apartments at an address in Dartmouth.

At approximately 5 a.m. investigators in the Drug Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division, conducted searches at three apartments in a building on Nivens Avenue in Dartmouth.

Eight people who had been inside the apartments were arrested without incident. Investigators seized a quantity of cocaine, cash, and a loaded shotgun.

The investigation is ongoing, and charges are anticipated.
